Presented in partnership by Wheaton Park District and the FT Cares Foundation.
The FT Cares Light the Torch 5K Night Run/Walk is a unique race event through downtown Wheaton after sunset. Participants receive glow giveaways, race through luminary lanes, and end with a street fest, featuring a DJ, carnival rides, and food trucks. This is a timed race, runner bibs are chipped.
A portion of proceeds from this event supports FT Cares Foundation and its mission of transforming lives.

Packet Pick Up: Packet Pickup will be held on Wednesday, September 28 from 10A-7P at the First Trust lobby located at 120 E. Liberty Street in Wheaton. Registration is available during packet pick up and race day for adults $40 and children 10 and under $25, if entry is still available.
Race day packet pick up/registration will be held in the lobby of the First Trust Building from 2:00pm – 6:50pm.

Safety: The runners’ safety is of the utmost importance. Therefore, bicycles, in-line skates, other-wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs) and dogs are not allowed.
